Below is a breakdown of our rates and policies to help you plan your booking with ease.
Vacation Childcare
Enjoy peace of mind while on vacation with customized childcare tailored to your family’s needs. Whether you need a caring, certified nanny at your hotel, villa, Airbnb, or even for a beach day, we’re here to provide safe, reliable care—wherever your adventure takes you!
- $30/hour for 1 child
- $5/hour per additional child
- Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Boat Trip Childcare
Imagine a day on the water, truly free of responsibility, while your little ones play safely nearby. We can help make that happen! We have a team of providers who have been specifically trained to provide a safe and fun experience for your children, while you imbibe in the beautiful blue Caribbean seas. We can join you for any boat trips including USVI trips, BVI trips, and even term charters.

Event/Group Childcare
We provide professional onsite child care for Weddings, private, and corporate events. While the kids enjoy being kids, with age appropriate fun activities provided by us, the adults can really relax and get the full experience of the event that they are attending!
- Rate will vary based on location and number of children. Please fill out an application under 'Request Child Care'.

- Face Painting

- Children's yoga class

Local In- Home Childcare
We’re proud to support our local community with discounted in-home childcare for residents. Proof of residency is required to receive local rates. If care takes place outside the home, standard vacation childcare rates will apply.
- $25/hour for 1 child
- $5/hour per additional child
- Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Duties of a Nanny
Our nannies are dedicated to providing safe, engaging, and attentive care for children. Duties may include supervising play, assisting with meals for children, facilitating age-appropriate activities, tidying up after children’s activities, and ensuring their well-being at all times.
Please note that our nannies are not responsible for household cleaning, cooking, or other services for adults. Any meal preparation or clean-up will be for the children in their care only. This ensures that our focus remains entirely on providing the best possible experience for the children.
Booking Fees:
- No Booking fees for reservations made 48 hours in advance.
- $50 for bookings made within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit is non-refundable at any time.
- 72 + hours before booking: Full refund minus deposit.
- Less than 72-48 hours before booking: 50% refund minus deposit.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours.
Payment Policy:
- For bookings within 30 days payment for reserved hours is required upfront to secure your booking.
- For bookings outside of 30 days a 20% Non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking
- Refunds are not issued if you return earlier than scheduled.
- If your care extends beyond the prepaid hours, extra hours that are added day-of are billed at $5/hour above your original rate and must be approved by your sitter.

More than 4 Children: An additional childcare worker will be required.
The same hourly rate will apply per sitter.
Deposit or full payment must be made with in 24 hrs upon receival of your invoice to secure your booking.
