"Hi! I am Celina and I am the owner of Caribbean Care Company! I have been dedicated to childcare for over 10 wonderful years.

Starting as my family’s go to babysitter, I quickly discovered my passion for nurturing and supporting children and families. With extensive experience as a babysitter, nanny, and mother’s helper,  I have worked with children of all ages and embrace a variety of parenting styles. I particularly love incorporating play-based and nature-driven learning into my time with the kids! 

I am so lucky to be able to share my experience and love for this industry with the wonderful childcare providers that work with us insuring that you will receive elite childcare every time you book with us no matter what!

Miss Liyah

Hi! I’m Liyah. I am from the beautiful Virgin Islands, St. Croix specifically. I  have lived in many different states on the mainland. This has given me the unique opportunity to truly learn how to interact with people from all different walks of life, something that has helped me tremendously as a nanny/ sitter. I am able to see each child for who they are and provide individualized care even in a group setting.  I grew up in a large family and was always the go-to babysitter. Outside of that I have been working in childcare, professionally, for over 7 years as a nanny.

When I'm not working you will find me at the beach, on a boat, or snorkeling. I love music and animals of all kinds.  I am sweet, fun, caring, and patient. Building relationships with a family, and making sure they know their child(ren) are safe and happy is my top priority.

My past experience includes being a preschool teacher, party princess and dance teacher! I am currently a marine biologist so I can answer all your kiddos fin-tastic questions about the sea!

"Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been working with children for 15 exciting years and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

I enjoy my free time by reading, snorkeling, doing arts and crafts, cooking, and traveling. I don’t have any pets of my own but I am a lover of all animals big and small! I have worked with many demographics with many different needs and patience is something that comes naturally to me.

St Thomas is such a wonderful place to grow and learn about the world around us and I would love the opportunity to provide you and your family a safe and fun environment for your kiddos, allowing you to enjoy your time away stress free!" - Sarah



Miss Rocky

"Hi I am Rocky, like the road. I am from the Big Apple but have called the beautiful Virgin Islands home for many years. My passions are art, traveling, and sharing my knowledge and love with children. I have traveled all around the world so I have a respect and understanding of all different kinds of cultures and people. I grew up in a house full of children and I started babysitting at age 14! I was a nanny in Germany to a newborn baby mostly recently but I have experience with all age ranges.

I am looking forward to organizing activities, crafts, and games to help make your vacation as exciting and fun for your kids as possible while you are able to relax and know they are in safe and loving hands!" - Rocky

"Hola! Qué tal? I’m Pamela, but everyone calls me Pam. I was born and raised on St. Thomas in a large Hispanic family that has always valued helping one another, so from a young age, I helped care for dozens of cousins and extended family members. I’ve always been fond of children, and I’m looking forward to starting a family of my own with my husband.

I strongly believe in giving back to our community, so whenever I have time, I seek out volunteer opportunities. At the age of 18, I began working as a teacher’s assistant at my alma mater, SDA School.

I’m very passionate about art and learning, and I look forward to sharing all the beauty and knowledge our island has to offer with you and your children. I can’t wait to share the love, beauty, and kindness life has to offer with you all!"     -Pamela

"Hi! My name is Catalina, I’m 19 and currently studying Nursing at the University of the Virgin Islands. I have been caring for children professionally for 5 years through babysitting, tutoring, and volunteering at church.

I’m energetic and love adventure. Most of my free time is spent exploring this beautiful island, land and sea. I also love to explore in the kitchen and love to incorporate fun, but safe, cooking into my time with child whenever possible.

I enjoy working with kids because they bring so much joy and creativity into every day, and I love being part of that. While I like to keep things fun, I’m also reliable, caring, and always make safety a top priority."
