"Hi! I am Celina and I am the owner and CEO of Caribbean Care Company! I have been dedicated to childcare for over 10 wonderful years.

Starting as my family’s go to babysitter, I quickly discovered my passion for nurturing and supporting children and families. With extensive experience as a babysitter, nanny, and mother’s helper,  I have worked with children of all ages and embrace a variety of parenting styles. I particularly love incorporating play-based and nature-driven learning into my time with the kids while always following the children's lead and respecting their energy levels!

"Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been working with children for 15 exciting years and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

I enjoy my free time by reading, snorkeling, doing arts and crafts, cooking, and traveling. I don’t have any pets of my own but I am a lover of all animals big and small! I have worked with many demographics with many different needs and patience is something that comes naturally to me.

Miss Rocky

"Hi I am Rocky, like the road. I am from the Big Apple but have called the beautiful Virgin Islands home for many years. My passions are art, traveling, and sharing my knowledge and love with children. I have traveled all around the world so I have a respect and understanding of all different kinds of cultures and people. I grew up in a house full of children and I started babysitting at age 14! I was a nanny in Germany to a newborn baby mostly recently but I have experience with all age ranges.

I am looking forward to organizing activities, crafts, and games to help make your vacation as exciting and fun for your kids as possible while you are able to relax and know they are in safe and loving hands!" - Rocky

"Hello! I'm  Nicole or Mrs. Donastorg as my students call me. I am a dedicated and approachable Montessori assistant teacher with over 13 years of experience professionally working with children. My passion lies in education and enhancing the programs available for our youth on island.

Working with children requires both patience and empathy, qualities that enable me to establish a trusting relationship with my students. I frequently address misunderstandings and big feelings in the classroom, guiding students to find resolutions to their challenges. I love to cook and bake with children as well as lead crafts and fun games.

Miss Kirah

" Hi there! I'm Kirah Leon. I am a caring and reliable babysitter with years of hands-on experience working with children specifically ages 3 through 6.  Since 2021 I have been an assistant teacher at the  VI Montessori school, where I support children's independence, creativity, and development. I pride myself in holding a positive and nurturing environment for every child I work with.

I am CPR certified and always prioritizing safety and comfort while making sure the day is filled with joy and engaging activities. I love leading children arts and crafts, baking, reading, and dancing. I look forward to being part of your time on Island " - Kirah

Miss Lauren

"Hi! I’m Lauren. I am a fun, responsible, and caring nanny with years of hands-on childcare experience. I provided consistent childcare throughout high school and college and also worked as a swim coach for several years, helping kids build confidence and safety skills in and around the water. This and my experience as boat crew make me a great nanny for any boat day or beach day needs.

 I bring a calm, positive energy, love staying active, and truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I love being outdoors, swimming, snorkeling, exploring the island, and doing creative, hands-on activities. I’m energetic but grounded, and I’m great at keeping kids engaged while still maintaining routines. I’m very comfortable caring for pets and happy to help with fur baby care as well."  - Lauren

"Hello! My name is Abigail, I am a calm, capable, and nurturing professional who brings warmth and creativity into every home I work in. I love working with children because helping them feel seen, safe, and inspired is deeply meaningful to me. My Waldorf-informed background and broad experience as

a family assistant allow me to support both children and parents with grace and competence.

I love to hike, swim, spend time with dogs, ride horses, sail, make art, do crafts and yoga and be

in nature. Sharing these hobbies with children is something that brings me so much joy as well.

My greatest strengths are my calm, grounded presence, deep patience, and emotional intelligence, which allow children to feel safe, seen, and regulated. I bring creativity and imagination into everyday moments through storytelling, music, nature-based play, and rhythm, helping children engage joyfully without screens. I am also highly reliable and organized, able to support the flow of a household while keeping children’s days warm, predictable, and nurturing. "Hola! Qué tal? I’m Pamela, but everyone calls me Pam. I was born and raised on St. Thomas in a large Hispanic family that has always valued helping one another, so from a young age, I helped care for dozens of cousins and extended family members.

I strongly believe in giving back to our community, so whenever I have time, I seek out volunteer opportunities. At the age of 18, I began working as a teacher’s assistant at my alma mater, SDA School.

I’m very passionate about art and learning, and I look forward to sharing all the beauty and knowledge our island has to offer with you and your children. I can’t wait to share the love, beauty, and kindness life has to offer with you all!"     -Pamela
